1. Use of the App

Habit Rhythm AI is a goal tracking, planning, streak, and coaching app intended to support personal progress and productivity.

• Do not use the app for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, or exploit bugs and plan limits in bad faith.
• Do not submit harmful, deceptive, malicious, or rights-infringing content.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the app with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity caused by your use of the account.

3. Free Plan and Premium

The app may offer limited free access and one or more premium subscription options. Limits and premium features may change as the app evolves.

• Premium may include unlimited goals, built-in AI chat, AI-generated plans, recovery tools, and deeper weekly insights.
• Optional external AI provider connections may require your own API key and may create separate provider charges.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play, depending on your device and purchase platform.

Renewal, cancellation, billing, and refunds are handled under the applicable store's policies. Deleting your Habit Rhythm AI account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

5. AI Features

• AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable in some situations.
• AI outputs are provided for informational, motivational, and productivity purposes only.
• You remain responsible for how you use suggestions, plans, and coaching content.
• Habit Rhythm AI is not medical, psychiatric, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.

6. Health and Wellness

Health-related features do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For a medical or mental-health emergency, contact a qualified professional or emergency service.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of goals, notes, and other information you enter. You grant us a limited right to process and store that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the app.

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable law and does not violate the rights of others.

8. Account Deletion

You may request deletion through Profile → Settings. A 7-day pending deletion period applies before the scheduled backend process removes the account.

A minimal hashed anti-abuse record may be retained. Account deletion does not cancel Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or remove parts of the app. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent availability of a feature, or the accuracy of AI output.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Habit Rhythm AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

• We are not responsible for missed reminders, goals, or streaks; decisions based on AI output; third-party outages or policy changes; or billing issues controlled by an app store.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when these terms are violated, fraud or abuse is detected, or continued access creates a legal, technical, or security risk.

12. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence applies.
