1. Sign-Up and Verification
- Confirm that the email address is correct and check spam or junk folders.
- If a verification code expired, request a new code from the verification screen.
- If too many emails were requested in a short period, wait a few minutes and try again.
2. Restore Purchases
- Open the Premium screen.
- Choose Restore Purchases.
- Use the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
3. Premium Access and AI Limits
- Premium access is associated with the account and purchase platform.
- AI usage limits are tracked per signed-in account rather than per device.
- External AI providers use their own billing, limits, policies, and availability.
4. Account Deletion
Request deletion through Profile → Settings → Request Account Deletion. A 7-day pending deletion period applies.
Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription and does not reset previously exhausted free-tier access.
5. Notifications
- Allow notifications for Habit Rhythm AI in your device settings.
- Check whether Focus, Do Not Disturb, or battery restrictions are blocking alerts.
- Reopen the app after changing permissions so schedules can refresh.
6. Health Data
- Check Apple Health or Health Connect permissions for Habit Rhythm AI.
- Confirm that the relevant step, workout, or sleep data exists in the health app.
- Reopen Habit Rhythm AI and allow it to refresh.
7. Contact Support
