1. Information We Collect

When you create or use an account, we may collect your email address, username, first name, and last name.

• Goals, recurrence, categories, difficulty, progress, completions, missed tasks, streak history, XP, levels, and achievements.
• Check-ins, end-of-day reviews, weekly summaries, coach preferences, language, notifications, and app settings.
• Subscription and entitlement status, purchase restoration state, AI usage limits, and AI-generated plans added to goals.
• Optional health data such as step count, workouts, and sleep when you grant permission through Apple Health or Health Connect.

2. AI and Provider Data

When you use built-in AI features, prompts and relevant app context may be processed through backend AI providers to generate coaching replies, plans, weekly summaries, and personalized messages.

If you connect an optional external AI provider with your own API key, the key is stored using secure device storage where supported. Requests to that provider are governed by its own terms, privacy policy, billing, and availability.

3. How We Use Information

We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

• Create, authenticate, and manage accounts.
• Sync goals, progress, premium access, and AI usage across signed-in devices.
• Provide streaks, XP, weekly insights, coaching messages, recovery tasks, and AI-generated plans.
• Verify premium access, support purchase restoration, and enforce plan limits.
• Deliver reminders and maintain reliability, security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.
• Respond to support, privacy, and account-related requests.

4. Storage and Security

• Data in transit may be transmitted over HTTPS.
• Account and progress data may be stored in Supabase or similar cloud infrastructure used to operate the app.
• Session tokens and optional external provider keys may be stored using secure device storage such as the iOS Keychain.
• We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information handled through the app.

5. Third-Party Services

• Supabase for authentication and cloud data storage.
• Apple StoreKit and Google Play Billing for subscriptions, purchases, and restoration.
• Backend AI providers used to generate premium AI features.
• Optional external AI providers selected and connected by the user.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• Access or correct certain account information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw health permissions in your device settings.
• Disable notifications in your device settings.

7. Account Deletion

After a deletion request, the account enters a 7-day pending deletion period and is then deleted through the scheduled backend process.

A minimal hashed record may be retained to prevent abuse of free-tier access. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Choose Request Account Deletion.

8. Retention, Children, and International Processing

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. De-identified or aggregated information may be retained longer.

Habit Rhythm AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Habit Rhythm AI is operated from Türkiye. Information may be processed in other countries where service providers operate, including the United States.

9. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date on this page will be updated when material changes are made.
